As your service is not enough for taking earned leave, you shall have to avail casual leave. According to rule 1 of casual leave rules for government officers you can request your immediate officer to grant you leave for 10 days ordinarily and according to rule 2 your immediate senior has the right to grant you casual leave for 15 days under special circumstances. Make a request to your officer for grant of casual leave under the rules stated above.
