India beats Pakistan by 5-1 in Azlan Shah Cup


IPOH: India has defeated its arch-rival Pakistan by 5-1 in an important match of Azlan Shah Cup.

Indian player S.V. Sunil scored two goals in the match. While Manpreet Singh, Talwinder and Rupinderpal scored one goad each.

After the three consecutive defeats Pakistani team knocked out from the tournament.

Since the inaugural of the tournament, Pakistan and India have faced each other as many as 13 times. Out of the total Pakistan defeated the arch-rival four times while green shirts were subdued eight times.
