your optional looks ok except punjabi .well i cannot comment on punjabi...As far as physics is concerned .Dont worry its not that much difficult.i have completed its whole syllabus in 40 days .
Consulted approx 5 books
Also made short notes .

And yes as far as thorough study is concerned ,beta jee you have to do it for every subject .its not secondary school certificate examination
