It might be not the right place to post my query here.
But I was very upset during the test of Excise and taxation because some one was saying that by not marking any answer, negative marking won't be applied.
Then some other one said that by not choosing any option, it considers to be a wrong answer, and negative marking is applied there.
So please guide according to the rules of PPSC.
