Well Well Well..........dear its still a myth.....one cannot solve it.... There is no such difference in perks <like salary and other benefits> of contractual and permanent job in AWC but job security is not that much in case of contractual job. Moreover contractual job are of two types. One is contract which may go upto an infinite time and the other is project which will end as soon as the project ends. So if you are unemployed at the moment i will suggest you to join AWC. As it is a good organization. Initially you will drawing about 60 thousand per month.
