If you are good at conceptual learning then you should go with A&A. Moreover, A&A can yield you higher marks then IR if you prepare it well.

If you want to go for CSS then do it.. It's only the matter of determination, commitment and attention. I've not gone through any of the attempts, but i will try to guide you as much as i can.
