My Suggestions:
If you have adequate command/interest over Political Science & English, it will help you to opt (100+200) 300 marks. For rest of 300 you can also choose History of Pakistan & India (100) and check the subjects of Group-III & Group-VI for remaining 200.
It better to read course outline of Subjects and make selection as per your Interest.
