I have these books, and a few more. Honestly these books help for a few topics, but many of the answers you now have to construct with help from internet, just look at the past papers.
Always include ayats, hadith, saying of companions, scholars views in your answer. People sometimes make the mistake of treating Islamiat as a current affairs paper.
