Salaam,
I have never come across an example where MPs have been expelled from the Parliament on charges of Corruption.
They are elected representatives of people and I don't think that there is any provision for kicking them out of the assembly.
The MPs have rightly approached the Supreme Court. They are legally bound to get back to the assembly facing some minor punishment on the charges of corruption.
The Chief Justice doesn't want to break up with the speaker of the Lok Sabha, who expelled the MPs.
I am really anxious to see what the Chief Justice does in this situation!
Regards,
