well the lawyer is absolutely right. As per rule the answer sheets are treated as secret documents that can neither be shown to candidates nor their representatives. It,however, doesnt assert that an independent body, appointed by higher judiciary, can not inspect the answer sheets..
besides whenever this rule will conflict any article of constitution, constituion will prevail.
There is room for a case there is opportunity but alas now a days I am financially bankrupt.
