passing through a very bitter experience of being an assistant

No doubt Assistant is a very important position but their condition, by and large, is not as gloomy as depicted here
. They now stand among gazetted officers in BS-16 after up-gradation.
It largely varies with the type of the boss, i.e. Section Officer they have.
Moreover, the Clerk Badshah concept is fading away with each passing day in the Federal Secretariat, just like the
Officer of Section Officer
.
So the team of employees, if led well, can gel in a way better manner.
