Salary of OG-III is
Rs. 28,000 Fixed
Medical is free (For self, spouse and children)
Promotions depends on your preformance.
Increments Every year or sometimes twice in a year

Two weeks training
If a person is selected as MCO (mobile credit officer) He/she will be given additional 3000 rupees plus 100 liter petrol equivalent cash (deductable from the fixed salary) and new honda bike. MCO task is to collect back loans

If a person is selected as AMO( Assistant manager operation) it will be a desk job of 9-5 with no added incentives
