Unhappy Geography: Need help
I am going through Asif Bajwa's book for physical geography. This book is enough to cover physical part or i should consult any other book?

Zaheer Baloch please help.

Geography is a scoring subject go for it ... Bajwa's book is good but not enough .... Study Goh Cheng Leong's Physical Geography (Oxford Publishers) a very nice and comprehensive book for physical geography .... Unlike CSS syllabus, in PCS we have to study additional portion of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan's Geography which can be covered by K.U.Kureshi's Book (Sindh Uni Publishers) + internet help ... for economic & human geo go for Fazal Karim's book (Oxford). These are enough.

regards
well geography turned 100 now, honestly speaking i shall not recommend you to follow more than 1 book for it, when it was of 200 than it was the need of preparation to follow more than 1 book for better and deep understanding of stipulated concepts, but now, 2 papers are merge in a single of 100, can u people think that if u follow 2 books for paper -1 portion and 2 for paper-2, and at the paper's day, can you revise 4 books?
so just go for 1 book..

I also have books of A.Das Gupta and Mohammad Anwar for physical geography. sir what is your advice about these two books in regard of preparation?

Correction ... we are talking about PCS (Balochistan) exam and not about CSS .. here Geo takes 150 marks ... 5 questions and 30 marks each ... in CSS its now a 100 marks paper. And its ones own understanding and approach to study one or more than one book.

@ Zarun ... you can get these books from Dolphin book or call someone from KHI or LHR to send you the same ... and there are so many books on Geo ... its up to you that which one is easy and understandable to you ... just read them out and make your own notes and Best of luck.

Bajwa's book is more than enough , study only that you can revise at the end of the day
