Default Bank Challan Issue
Friends, I went to NBP to fill in the challan and submit, but the bank official told me that it is available on the website of BPSC, whereas I cant find any Challan form on the website. Can anyone help in this regards

U can get green challan form from any photo state shop near too u .

Actually bank officials have misguided you, challan form is available at prince road photo shops, and Arif photostat Jinnah road Quetta

Default Information needed for filling bank challan
I want to know what information is needed to fill green challan because I am in karachi and I'm supposed to submit fee in Quetta, so I'm sending money to my friend to pay the fee, but is there documents or information required to fill the form? Please guide.
