what i know from a reliable source within BPSC, these posts of BCS have been taken back by S&GAD and the speculation that these are given to AEOs is not so easy on ground realities as it will affect fresh candidates and also promotion of tehsildars.court had already given its verdict on this case filed by AEOs.it is feared that announcement of these posts will trigger a new Tug of war between different stakeholders, which is obviously not good for fresh candidates.

Its a sad day for many aspirants of PCS that all AC posts have been given to the AEO's and Tehsildars, as many members knew it that what is going on, today on the 6th of april formal announcement has been done also in news papers, so some posts S.O will come in some days but they will be very less and for each zone i think 1 or 2 will post will come lets see what happens .

Today a meeting was held in the cafeteria of Balochistan Civil Secretariat, three groups participated in this meeting.

1. The A.Cs (under training) who passed the PCS exam in 2007, who have observations over the absorption of AEOs.
2. Fresh Candidates/jobless, who have deprived form Fundamental Right.
3. Tehsildars, who have been bypassed in promotion.

It was discussed in the meeting that the Government of Balochistan has absorbed the approximately 70 Assistant Executive Officers (AEOs), 25 in the Balochistan Secretariat Services (BSS/S.O) & 45 in Balochistan Civil Service Executive Branch (BCS (EB) defunct A.C group) the AEOs even assumed the charge. These orders were issued by the prior approval of Chief Secretary Balochistan (Who has transferred yesterday), by destroying the future of Balochistani Candidates.

This order was challenged by the Tehsildars in the Balochistan High Court, the honorable court stayed the orders and with held the notification. Government of Balochistan immediately promoted 32 Tehsildars to grade 17 in A.C group and got their pleasure. Yesterday during the proceeding of the court the Tehsildars withdrew themselves from the case, because their mission was completed.

Now there are two parties of Tehsildars, one who got promotion, and the other who were bypassed in promotion, and today the affected Tehsildars decided to contest the case in court because they were affected by the promotion.

There were very few numbers of fresh candidates/aspirants of PCS in the meeting, although it is the most affected and the strongest party. Affected means that in next 10 years there will be no chance of PCS exam, by strongest it can gain the sympathies of court because it is the Fundamental Right of a student to appear in Competitive Exams, they are jobless, all the doors has been closed for them.

It was decided in the meeting that that tomorrow Constitutional Petition in Balochistan High Court will be lodged from the side of A.Cs and fresh candidates while affected Tehsildars would be late for two days.

For further strategy the next meeting will be held tomorrow. All the candidates are requested to kindly take interest in this serious issue. After consultation with the other parties I will mention the place.
