Default BPSC checking criterea
Ok brothers there is no specified criterea here in checking papers.
There was tough checking of general knowledge paper this time in pcs2009. My brother Inamulhaq (3rd position) expected sixty plus here but was given 34 marks. in 2007 january exam i expected ninety plus score in I.R paper but was awarded 65. tough marking in compulsory papers does not matter as every one has to take compulsory paper but in optional papers there must be criterea of checking. Tough marking in general knowledge paper this time is justified as if there had been no such marking, a hundred and fifty candidates might have passed the written exam.

refreshing to see u here mr.javed zehri...ur analysis of BPSC's performance with respect to interview is quite accurate and sound but getting a reward from such kinda neelam ghar is encouraging and it wud be more encouraging if they also reward the candidates with an oven or washing machine.isn't it?its comparatively doing better and seems to be in the process of evolution..anyhow persons like yu,with tremendous abilities and unmatchable competence,can envision the ways of improving such a lot...
