BPSC conducts combined exams for BCS-EB (Assistant comissoner) and BSS (Section officer). After joining, both of them require 6 and 4 months training respectively. During training and afterwards u will get average full pay of BPS 17 (AROUND 45000) now a days. After training 2 months UT SHIP begins 4 ACs on the same pay, where after, posting is made (that too will be creamy only if you have strong political back). However, once you get posting, you will enjoy all kind of perks (accomodation, vehicle, guards, admin/field allowance, POL ETC).
