Nepotism in Balochistan Public Service Commission Quetta

Indeed, what was happening in BPSC jurisdiction under the umbrella of Chirmain BPSC,and all his colleges, who were involed in nepotism and favouritism, is surely a violation of the commitment of BPSC commitment as Merit and a place where dreams come true.they all must be punished, otherwise, only the dreams of rich people come true,as such, they have delibrately made me failed in viva of AD-food,SST exam and Section Officers exam during same period.

how can we stop

Chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission is illegible person who has been appointed just on the basis of near and dear. The notorious man is very closed to the appointing authority, The Governor Balochistan, Nawab Zulfiqar Mugsi. His massive corruption has been highlighted by few individuals since his appointment. He appointed his daughter (02) as Senior Headmistress, high wife as senior headmisress (B-17) and now his son Section Officer (B-17).

Later on political parties also started criticism on his management of affairs in commission office.
Now GEO unlashed the story and NAB started inquiry. But the question is how inquiry can be held against a sitting Chairman. The chairman must be removed and then inquriry can be helpful. otherwise no result is expected.

Its right. Situation is worse than jungle
One of my friends lived in balochistan about 22 years . He was on top of merit list for many tests he had given for scale 12 to 15. But he never got selected despite of having domicile of the province. Now he is in Islamabad . He shifted with his family before 6 years.

There is no merit there. Ministers and political persons have full influence on allocating the seats.

Disastrous system of education. U wouldn't believe that people are graduate but they can't even read any statement in English. What to talk about understanding and speaking. They are 100 years back.
Parties raising Baloch issues have done nothing in the past in educational and health sector.
Seats announced for Balochistan quota in Islamabad, remains vacant. If someone gives test it is very rare that he qualifies the test. All due to the most poor educational system in the world.
You people would get shocked to know that students give papers by having book in front of them in all examinations; secondary level to university level

My brother your all points are valid, and everything your friend told you is 110% right..Ministers and political parties seems like they have a share over these posts.. Every time someone qualifies for the interview, he will be told to gather a large sum of money to get allocate otherwise someone else from elite class or a person with money bag will get the job..

about education, i think education here is worst throughout the country..no rule and regulation..no system to control cheating..nothing is being done to improve education..Corruption is overwhelming the every penny of educational budget..No one is serious to fight against corruption and frankly speaking people got addicted to corruption and its cant be rid out easily..

Throughout Balochistan Quetta is the only Educational city and students come far from inner Balochistan to quetta just for Education and most of them belong from poor families..And plus seats are limited in Medical, engineering and other universities..In medical college the strength in a single class is 200-250 and accommodation is limited..

No one is serious toward education and we are just waiting for a miracle to happen..

There is no other way out but to take the things in our own hands. Otherwise these "near and dear" ones will keep exploiting us.

In your opinion what could be the positive outcome of the whole scenario? I am not much hopeful about the situation since NAB also has a "price" after which things will automatically settle down.

Justice in short supply

Bench comprising of Balochistan High Court judges, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokheil and Justice Ghulam Mustafa decreed to excricate the dutiful officer of NAB, Deputy Director, Zia Ullah Toro from investigation of BPSC scandal.
During the case hearing, filed by Chairman Ashraf Magsi, the bench accused Zia Ullah for harassing the culprits in the name of inquiry and ordered him to leave the Court Room.

JANG 3 OCT, 2012.

Note: Zia Ullah is the officer which headed the raid team.
