In competitive exams, final allocation is the main target of every candidate. In order to achieve this target, one has to manoeuvre accordingly. In PCS (Balochistan) some optional subjects are really scoring, and you have to follow that particular trend. Unlike CSS written exam, passing the PCS written exam is very easy here, i mean its not hard to get 425/850 .... but the difficult thing over here is final allocation ... because if your opponent is giving you a 40+ lead then you may not surpass him/her. In my first attempt i had I.R as optional but scoring trends of I.R were discouraging, so i replaced it with Journalism. While Geography is a tricky subject in PCS, sometimes it scores well but at some times it is risky. And British History is a good subject with good preparation you can get 100 or 100+ even.
