Ms. Shahwani, I absoutely admire you for being so in the know. But your last sentence is what I disagree with. Delhi is actually not that far. Furthermore, you shouldn't be chilling. Sir Samoon is what in journalistic jargon we call a reliable source.

According to him, it will be announced in nov/dec and exam will most probably be conducted in march.
