Well you can consult some of your senior counterparts for this purpose..Personally i feel our engineering colleagues are less familiar with CSS forum.SO ill advice you to visit a senior colleage or may be any acquaintance for this purpose.

Neither you can find the syllabus for the required post nor past papers, because the exam is online ... it is a great misfortune that in major BPSC exams we can see just few lines in the syllabus section i.e. "as per degree exam" ... best of luck.
