Compliance of 8 Hour Working in Banks
Today we are clebrating Labour Day whose main mission to comply internatioal labour Laws. These Laws also define working hours in a day. But bieng a Banker I had observe in that bankers are normally working in extended hours without any oertime compensation especially in branch banking. For eg official Working from 9-5:30 and nonoffical from 8:30 to 6:30.
The employee normally leaves office after completion of balancing of whole day work reporting, This Normally takes one hour after close of bank. Therefore SBP and ILO should Ensure 8 Hours working in Banking Industry in Pakistan |

No offence but mostly doctors works for 8 hours and get paid 60000 to 70000 very few working more then 8 hours they are mostly juniors or new. and after experience of 10 year mostly doctor work for only 3 4 hours in government hospital from 11 am to 2 pm and then private clinic. but bankers have starting salary 20000 to 25000 work for 10 to 12 hours whether they have experience or not.
