Default MCB or Meezan Bank

Hello folks, i had applied in MCB limited for the position of General Banking Officer (services) and in Meezan Bank for the post of Banking Service Officer, I've received invitation for interview from both the banks that also on the same day, Meezan's at 8:30 am and MCB's at 12 pm. I need advice for what should I do, feel like in a state of limbo. I've heard that they keep you waiting for 3 hours. Please advise about the growth opportunities and perks about both banks. What should I do? Do they make you sign bond during interview or later? Thank you.

Well should go for both Meezan and MCB.If possible manage the time
If not then i think you should go for MCB as MCB is one of the largest banks of Pakistan and other reason is that MCB is GBO is purely managerial job while Bso in Meezan is cash based job
So i think you should go for MCB
All the best

you must join MCB as GBO as its track is better than BSO in MEEZAN. more, try to join larger bank at initial level for learning and growth.

I had interviews the day before yesterday, I had applied as a fresh candidate for both jobs but I don't know why interview panel from both the banks asked me technical questions, didn't ask technical from most of the other candidates, anyhow I am hopeful that I will get offer letter from both the banks. Both the banks asked me the same question at the end of interview "are you ready to join under these terms?" MCB is offering grade 4 while Meezan grade 2 after probation.
