Aasalam-e-waleekum,
Hello All senior's please guide me about the job, i recently working with meezan bank as cash officer having low package in salary but recently bank al-baraka is offering me 4 to 5 thousand raise in salary should i join bank al-baraka please tell me...............

Default U should join because of relax job
No doubt meexan is good in terms of bonuses and increaments but its not suitable for cash officers.. Cash officers face stressful work environment in this bank and in return they get nothing .. Managerial approach towards low level staff is not good .. Employees are not motivated.. Too much favouritism and lack of merit being a islamic bank.. So the point is u should join albaraka , because of relax job despite other things that i mentioned above are same in every bank..
