Im also an engineer ..it does not matter coz in the ad it was mentioned that bachelor or higher degree in any discipline ..so u guys should go and sara u better to make a call to nrsp head office and ask the matter

They did not asked me for sales.. They asked me for operations and then told me that 30,000. Will be pay for first year i will b appointed in jhang and i will have to sign a 3lac bond

I told them that i have done research on islamic banking .then they told me that thier is a sale post in nrsp islamic bank in peshawar.but i didnot show my interest

Am just confused coz of 3 lac bond ..for three years .. Three year is along period..in case i join nrsp it means its my career for all life am much worried
