Default Suggestion required

Hello everyone. A sincere suggestion is needed.
I am working in a government organization for the last one year before that I was working in a commercial bank. I am drawing the same salary as I was drawing in the bank but if I would remain in the banking I would be getting more than what i am getting now due to switching.
Now the point which I am pouring here is that I want to rejoin banking since i am fed up with the government set up. Reasons are office politics, nepotism, polish and uthao factor and above all no learning and no career growth. Please give suggestion what should I do? Should I remain in government or switch to banking again? What will I have to do to rejoin banking either to apply as fresh candidate to mto/gbo etc program or as experienced candidate since I have 2.5 years of banking experience.
