Brother regarding ur scholarship question...I was also asked the same question that as I have not done my masters yet, how will I do my masters if I join sbp at this point in time, and I replied that INSHALLAH I WILL GET MY MASTERS FINANCED BY SBP AFTER FIVE YEARS UNDER THEIR SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME FOR THE EMPLOYEES and their response was quite satisfactory. So I believe that u gave the ryte answer. To your knowledge we (candidates at qta center) also discussed this pasrt of your interview bcoz few of us had read it on css forums .

BTW no one answered my query regarding the merit list??? No one has any idea about the criteria on which the final merit list will be prepared?

the final list will be prepared on the basis of

1> panel interview marks

2> group discussion marks

3> written test marks

but in this highest marks will be of pi then gd then test. also regional qotas will be observed so sindh rural and balochistan will have highest share.

Ahan dats good dat they r using multiple criteria for the merit list, bcoz it can be unfair for certain candidates if only P.I is considered as the basis for selection..BTW I don't think balochistan has many seats bcoz our quota has always remained the lowest of all...Anyways lets hope for the best, even if there is one seat only, It doesn't matter much if u have put all ur effort into it and then the luck plays its part.

Masud: Why don't you people raise voice against fake domicile holders who are getting job on your quota. There are lot of examples where people get fake domiciles of Balochistan for jobs and various selections. I know some of the guys who got inducted in SBP as OG-2 on the quota of Balochistan but they were not from Balochistan. They managed domicile of Balochistan but they belonged to Lahore, and other areas of Punjab.
This time you people have to remain vigilant and let not happen this again. It is your right and for right you have to fight.

I need your help as i applied for sbots-17 ,can you recommend me any book for written test preparation.

in sbots 10 a total of 56 candidates were shortlisted for panel interview out of which 44 were selected

Yes brother u r ryte and I actually raised this issue with the sbp HR representative on the day of our GD and P.I at quetta when he told us that some candidates have applied from ISL and KHI centers on balochistan's domicile and, I told them that they should never let such candidates appear in such selection processes, especially when it seems quite clear that if these candidates are not able to appear at the quetta center just for a single day of G.D and P.I then there is something fishy going on. In a country like Pakistan it is not an issue at all to come up with a fake domicile of any province and we candidates can only raise the issue, we can not force the decision makers, so sbp has to look after the matter if they really want to convey a message of confidence in their selection process and of brethren relationship to the people of this province.

Did anybody confirm from sbp about when the final results will be published?
