This is a hospitality job, i worked as a trainee manager in a MNC for five months, all i can say is that it's a hectic job, don't jump into this field unless you don't have any other option. This sort of job requires a lot of follow up on guests, every minute they are gonna ask you why is this place so dirty? why aren't you doing follow ups on guests? why? why? why? and one more thing, they say about hospitality job, THERE IS A TIME TO COME AT THIS JOB, NO SPECIFIC TIME TO LEAVE. Aside from 9 hours of work, closing a shift may take 1-2 hours or more depending on work. Forget your social life, Absolutely Zero holidays on EID or any other Event , Wish you best of luck

Dear brO..
i was applied for TM in Macdonalds, I was shortlisted the they called me for OJE task. After at the enf of shift they give me another form for filling like test. Then after one week ago then again call me and said me, please come for and do signature on performa. when i reached at office, they give one another form pages for filling like test... Now what will be the next process? Also they said you will be received call after 2 weeks.

Guide me what will be happen, after gives three written tests. So its mean i have selected for TM? just Final interview remaining?

BrO Training Manager and 2nd Assistent Manager are different posts? I discuss with senior Manager, he told me about this post. you are a Manager not a Assistent Manager, and Now salary started from 30k+ daily bonus+ 2 bonuases in year. Some crew members told us you will be as manager not a Assistent manager, because they treat us very positive when they knew, we come for the post of TM.

Sir kindly guide me about this post as they called me on 1st Aug, 2018 that tomorrow is your test after test when i asked about further process the manager told me that if you qualified you will get call with in 5 days and now its 10th day it means i am not selected or they will call after few days? One thing more I want to ask which is best McDonald's or KFC
