McDonald's test is named as "What If Situation" test.
There are 11 situations, each situation has 3-4 options, you will have to answer each option(mind it, each option) in either YES or NO.

Example:
Q: If a customer returns the burger saying "its not that which I ordered"
what will you do?
A:you will return the burger and change it
B:you will not return the burger bcoz u r sure that u gave the right burger
C:you will say sorry to him/her and change the burger

please keep in mind that you will have to answer each option in either YES or NO.
