I really dont understand why do organizations name their OG-III program as MTO????
MTO stands for Management Trainee Officers, so their grade should be higher....
TBO should be for OG-III

NOw again UBL is hiring for OG-III.

Despite some bank hire MTO's as OG-III but they have edge over TBO in terms of growth. TBO's are rotated in Branch Banking, they have less chances to reach at management level.
MTO's are brought into management position at very rapid pace.
UBL is also hiring for branch banking.

It's Branch Banking Officer (BBO), OG-III program.

I have given test for the same post last year.I qualified the written test,interview.and medical test.i was appointed in Jhelum Region.But at that time i was in MBA 3rd smester in Islamabad.so i preferred to continue my MBA instead of joining ubl.
now i again appeared in test.i want to share my last experience.

Last time written test was quite diifficult.and 25% of total candidates appeared in test called for interview.there was not exact passing % for qualifying test.merit varied region to regioin(depend upon candidates appeared from particular region).after 2 days i was called for interview.
following questions were asked.
1.My introduction?
2.why want to come in banking sector?
3 AIDA PLAN?
4 Any relative in ubl?
5.three strengths and weakness?
6.about father occupation?
7.what do u know about banking sector?
8.why chose specialization in finance?
Last time Bachelor degree holders were offered for 18000 and Master for 22000.

I think they want to start their program in june...
Does anybody know that would there be only single interview or series of interview.like ABL did in their recruitment, called twice to regional Head Office...
Secondly does UBL has its hostel facility for their trainees??
