Go for Meezan bank, the reason behind suggesting this is that its Islamic Bank and we should consider this fact at first place.

All the best..!

Both of the jobs have their own pros and cons. Your own preferenecs will detrimine in whose favour pros out weighs the cons.

Meezan Bank:
1-The first apparent , absolute and visible differnce is of salary.
2-No Bond requirments in Meezan Bank.
3-Progressive Organisation.
However,
-In Meezan Bank your job is totally based on customer service with little exposure to banking Operations. So in future you might be left with little opoourtunities to switch over especially on the positions such as Operations Manager, Branch Manger etc.

On the other way round

Bank Al habib is good Organisation. You may be posted in Branch in any rea of operations so you will have greater opportunities of learning.I am not sure , but to my knowledge , Bank Al habib offers more fringe Benifits ie Bonus, Medical afacility , annual incerement than Meezan bank. So the salary difference needs to be calculated by taking in to account the other benifits.

In Bank -Al Habib after Grade 2 you will be promoted as Grade one and then Assistant manager. As assistant manger you may be appointed as maneger of any branch situated in some remote area. Above assistant Manger, there is Manager Grade. Every employee in this Grade is entitled to Bank Vehcle.

I have shared what i know about both the organisations. You can decide in line with your own prefernces.
