Default MCB Vs Habib Metropolitan Bank
Dear All,

AlhamduliAllah i am selected as TBO in MCB and MTO in HMB. offer letter of TBO is recieved today whereas HMB will send offer letter in the coming week. Now i have to decide which one is better of them in terms of career growth and future prospects. It will be great if senior members highlight the advantages and disadvantages of both of them. MCB is hiring at OG-III whereas HMB will be most probably be hiring at OG-II.

Which opportunity should i opt for, Please help me to decide of these two choices.

OG-2 is obviously better than OG-3 in banks but here you will have to decide between two different banks. MCB is a bank with various opportunities, speedy career growth and future prospects as it stands among one of the best banks in Pakistan while HMB has nothing comparable to MCB.
Nobody can decide for you its the SWOT Analysis that you can ask from people and then go for your decision. I would suggest MCB....

Any idea of HMB growth opportunities? no doubt there is no comparison between the size of both banks. i would like to see input from rest of the members please n share the Strengths n weakness of both banks as well as the opportunities to help me decide which opportunity to select of these two...

Join HMB if they are hiring you OG-II otherwise join MCB. Best of luck.

join HMB dear........ i m a TBO at MCB 41 batch...... and thr is no future for u in MCB........ HMB is a small bank....... u will learn more thr.......and i think HMB got bond ristriction of 2 yr....... MCB got 3 yr.....switching will be tough if u dnt like the job.....

i Would like to suggest you that go for Habib Metro Because its a good bank as compare to MCb, because its increment is better than others bank in pakistan. its minimum increment is 6000 thousand rupess and gives u chance to enhance your experience, now its up to you.

there is not future of TBO in MCB??? could you please clarify it with examples, please highlight the strengths n weakness of both banks so that it can help me in my decision

minimum increment is 6000?? do you work in HMB?

borther leave the strenths and weakness in all the banks......... the only thing works in the professional life is "contacts"....... or in other words ap kitni khushamad kartay apnay seniors ki......and MCB me increment b bht kam milta he.....if HMB gave an increment of 6000 then go for it........ recent appraisal has been signed by me and my staff...... aur sirf batanay k liye hm ne banae thi........ jb k actual reality me wo bani banai ae...... hm sab ne agree k neechay sign kiye( because koi chance ni dis agree karnay ka)........so leave all the strength and merit bull shit.......just got the one.......jaha ap ko zyada paisay mile.......because is k bad increment bht tough he dear.........
