Default RBO test information required-plz help
asalam o alaikum friends,

this is my 1st post plzz help me out

i got a call from hbl that i have a test for RBO position
i had a bad experience regarding written/computer test

so i just want to know what sort of test they conduct..so that i can prepare myself for it.

if any body can plzzz guide me.

HBL took online IQ Assessment test regarding Retail Banking Officer on 18-02-2012, its pattern was as below:

Total Time.......35 Min
15 Questions..........Maths
15 Questions..........General Knowledge
26 Questions........... English
Test was very easy...........
maths and general knowledge sections were very easy......english was also easy but little bit tough.......

GK is it related to banking sector i mean kibor rate , markup rate etc etc
i have given test for askari bank as well the maths part was a bit tough shall i go for some preparations??
&
one more thing about test result , as it is an online IQ test so will i get my result at the spot??

Basic Maths, here you must know average, ratios, fractions, profit loss, percentage, simple algebra etc.
Basic English... some vocabulary synonyms/antonyms/Analogy/preposition/tenses/Change the voice etc.
GK questions lik:

Monetry poilcy
Fiscal policy
Total branches of HBL?
who has majority shares of HB?
Agha khan fund for economic development..
secp abbreviation
interest rate
GDP stands for......
IMF stands for.....

You should prepare in order to get a good score.

Well may be they conduct online test, it depends upon their current policy and the facilities available in the test centre. But they'll not tell you the score at that time. They'll prepare merit and after that they'll call candidates as per the number of seats. Wish you best of luck.

dear sadia,

Test and interview will be easy and their is maximum chance that they will hire you but remember its a target based job(sale) and their is no chance for promotion as working as a RBO..

Dear sadia it totaly depends on you how.its customer service sort of job and i think you knows how it is in pak..wel which city u applied for?thier is opening at standard charterd and burj banks in operation deparment.if u have refrence over thier do post your cv as i did.best of luck
