I also didn't get the final selection call.. though my interview was also good... but really not getting why the procedure gone in this manner.... The person who was addressing at the test premises Beach Luxury Hotel told us that Mezan Bank have to hire 220 TBOs all over country ,,, but I personally think that those are not exact 220...or may be it could be...! well ALLAH knows better....

Congratx to you bro ..and ALL the other final selected candidates... :)

I did MBA-Finance, BBA-H, B.Com . But they rejected me. Even im working as MTO at XYZ company. But, I don't know what were the basis of selection criteria.

Jackie app overqualified ho then ....!!! Kisi needy banday ko dai di hogi apki jagah TBO is equivalent to MTO ....!!!

No body can define merit on the basis of NEEDY. Merit is define as a person who is reliable, competent and well matched with the criteria define. My qualification was matching the criteria define by Meezan. I really disappointed of the decision made by them.

As u mentioned earlier ....!!! MTO is fine enough to you ...!!! Y ru cuming to meezan ????? U have done lots of thing n compentent as well ....!!! But ur not fine enough for meezan ....!!! Thtz wat I want to say dear ....!!! Done be dishurtend ....!!!

LOL!!! why u defend for Meezan Bank??? Is there any interesting behind it. BTW I work for GSK. I know, Meezan dont deserve me. I just want to start my banking career. Make one thing clear TBO of Meezan is not equivalent to MTO. You have to do branch banking activities. Btw, can you please list the JOB Description clause of TBO.

GUYSS let me tell you the criteria of meezan i met a girl during the interview she has done BBA and right now doing MBA she had a very bad interview but she is only selected because of her father's source who is also working in meezan bank risk and complaince , where is the merit when the girl already said during interview that i want an off at 5 and the interviewer replied it would b difficult for us to take u then ....plus those who are already working in banks shouldnt b given such trainee jobs because they have already taken their part now they should give some space to those who are new and more deserving ....

i wish i had money and resources i would have sue meezans managment who made clear mention while tests that we are a 100% merit based organisation... a tightt slappp

where ru living? in which city? i think they are Preferring fresh candidates....

u didnt sign bond while joing XYZ as MTO?
