senior i have two option for employment in MCB as a GBO and in bank al habib as an og 2 not MTO .. em very much confused plz do help which option i have to choose wheather MCB or BANK AL HABIB OR continued the existing job.. em wiating

What's your Grade in MCB and what is your designation there ?

at mcb grade 4 and in bahl grade 2 job

I have no idea about MCB's grading system. Is it equivalent to OG-III ? And if BAHL is offering you OG-III than well what else are you thinking rather than switching. In banking sector professional usually consider three factors in the long run. Priority-wise, Which are: Grade, Salary and in the end Organization because you are not going to stay in the same bank for your whole life. Other factors are simply illogical. Think about your priorities and take a decosion.

Join bank Al Habib.og 2 aur og 4 main hell of difference hai.
Og 4 say og 2 banay kay liay ap ko minimum 6 years lag jaen gay.
So join as Og 2

Bank al habib offer 15000 in 3 months training period and after that 18000+3000medical= 21000. Because i recently joined Bank al habib. What MCB has offered to you.
