(For The Position of Management Trainee)

Human Resources:
» Management Trainee

Education:
Fresh Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree (4 years) holders in management sciences from a reputed university.

Who can apply?
Candidates with requisite qualification who are interested in making their career in Human Resources can apply for this position.

Experience:
No experience required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationals
- Age between 22 and 27 years
- First or high second division (57% and above) throughout the academic career
- Qualification should be relevant to the specified positions
* The above criteria is relaxed for candidates holding Balochistan domicile

Skills / Competencies:
1. Good interpersonal skills.
2. Cool temperament with ability to sustain pressure.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
4. Ability to use standard computer applications e.g. MS Office suite.

Background Information::
Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, training and development of staff to provide competent workforce required for the highly technical nature of Company operations, for recommending compensation packages, modifications to Rules of Service and advising line managers on all aspects of employment, selection, career progression, Succession Planning, motivation of staff, industrial relations, union negotiations, social matters in line with corporate HR policy; for coordinating medical services, for designing non-financial and financial reward/recognition systems.

The trainee under supervision of a reporting officer will deal with matters relating to office and staff administration and staff entitlements as per rules of service in respect of Management, Professional and Technical (MPT) staff. He would also be given specific tasks and field assignments pertaining to Human Resources depending on his place of posting.

Last Date for Application Submission : Saturday, 21st September 2013
Test Date : Sunday, 29th September 2013

they are preferring best private business institutions like IBA and LUMS. it seems to be injustice with the other HEC recognized or public sector university brilliant graduates. this perception should be eliminated in case of all big corporation's. all should be given equal opportunity.

Its right to prefer the candidates from the universities of high repute. Kyu ke aj kaal gali gali me institutes khul gae hen jo kuch pese dekar apna institute recognize karwa lete hen kisi university se sirf pese kamane ki niyaat se r phr muft me (bari asaani se) BBA, MBA ki degrees takseem kartte hen jis ki waja se BBA & MBA ka value zemeen se aakar laga he,,,, ye be to injustice hi he un students ke sath jo inti mushkil se admission lete hen Top universities me r boht tough competition me apni degrees pass karte hen.

aagr aage barhna he to ALIF, BE, PE yakeen rakhna he..!!!

it means that poor student who is brilliant does not have financial strength and other facilities to attend these institutes have no right to get career in reputed organization. I myself have completed my earlier education in different GCC and Australia. there is a trend of equal employment trend in big organizations for their citizens.

secondly I want to state that their is well established organization HEC. which keep check and balance on its recognized universities in respect of curriculum , teaching facilities and infra-structure. the HEC has been accepted globally.

thirdly their is sub-council (NBEAC) of HEC which has accredited the programs of BBA and MBA of many low fee structure of public university in the other parts of country. This accreditation is based upon the detail scrutiny of the institute by a renowned educationist of the country. which also includes the professors of LUMS and IBA.

it is great injustice with poor brilliant graduates especially of remote areas.
we should eliminate discrimination from our country. if you visit other countries' you will see there are almost same curriculum in their institution's.

it is creating discrimination in the nation so our educationist and these organization should think about it seriously about the progress of the nation in a positive mode.

The last date has been passed thats why there is no option of 'On line Registration'. Otherwise procedure is that there used to be written ,"For Online Registration :Click Here", after clicking it one usually register oneself after creation of user account. instructions are given and by following them, application form can be downloaded and filled easily.
