What is the legal status of signing of bonds by the banks from newly inductees?
Can a probationer leave the job during his probation period without filling the bond?

yes you can leave the bank job but bank never issue experience letter and NOC

Or yeh jo banks bonds sign kerwaty ha stamp paper py iski legal status kia ha? Kia bank employee ko sue ker sakta ha on the basis of that bond which is signed on stamp paper?

Sub employees ka data State bank k Pass jata jub ap kisi b bank mai job karty ho, and if you voilates any contract/bound then wo bank state bank report kar dyta hai aur ap ko black list b ker dyta hai. Secondly i agrees to Imran k bank to bank HR b apas mai incontact hoty hain.

Or ager bond pay ker k jao tab to koi problem nahi hoge ?
