no didnt apply for that ..

i have submitted chalan form for SBP YPIP but unfortunately forget to sign on chalan form in candidate field .. my father just wrote my name ...would it cause problem for me ....???? please urgently reply

dont take tension,,,,, kuch ni hota,,,,, bus ap ne fee submitted karwa di,, ye kafi ha,,, sign is just formality,,,,
