Default TCO in MBL

SALAM all seniors..
i have successfully passed the written test of TCO in MBL. My interview is going to held in Lahore on 11 aug..when i applied for this job i did't know this is cashier job and have no growth in MBL and also have to sign 2.5 year bond..

I am having bba(hons) degree with major in finance with 3.2cgpa. my questions are as followings

1) after interview how much time given to me to sign that contract ?
2) As a TCO what is promotion and growth chances in MBL ?
3) can i also apply for TO and MTO in meezan bank during as a TCO?
4) Can TCO become TO or MTO ?

at the end should i go for this job or find a better one ?

1. Other banks don't have bond for cashiers......you have to sign it before starting your training.
2. you will be TCO forever, but your salary will increase, no other chances of promotion.
3. Yes you can apply.
4. No TCO can't become To or MTO.
It depends on you....if you can wait then don't go....but you now now a days there is very huge unemployment in pakistan, and if you didn't join what you will be doing??? so its better to have some experience.....but you should think over the matter of bond.....if you sign the bond then you can't leave them, you will have to serve their bank for the period of bond....during bond you can switch to other industries there is no penalty, but if you want to join other bank before completion of bond period, then you have to pay a penalty.

suppose after signing that bond period if i got a job in police department or other than banks then are u sure there will be no penalty ? The penalty is only for joining the banks ?

yes this penality only for banking sector not for other sectors but you cant write banking experience in your cv

og iii ztbl is much better than tco
