Default Changing NTS Test Site
How to change NTS test centre once the filled application form has been printed.
Previously they mentioned to choose it carefully because once selected, it would not change. Now they haven't mentioned this warning in YPIP Batch 4. So perhaps it's possible!

you can not change it after filling and submitted
