Well, for starters, ACCA doesnt really has any pre requisites for joining, back when I started in 2011, there wasnt any, people even joined after matric but you can confirm it now by visiting any local ACCA tuition provider. Time to completion depends on you, it can be completed within 1.5 year minimum and may take 5,6 years thats up to you. Normally people complete in 2-3 years. For membership, there is a three year experience requirement which can be achieved during or post completion, again your choice, but requires all papers passed to apply for membership. ACCA only requires basic math skills, no calculus or such stuff is required. Hope you got your answers.

Yes you can take admission in ACCA after 2 years B.com, I also started after doing B.com

ACCA ki itni tough requirement nahi hai, if you meet the following criteria then you can easily take admission:
1. A'level
2. Graduate (any B.com, BBA or what so ever)
3. Foundation diploma

Foundation Diploma:
pehle requirement eik hoti thi if you are 21 years old with no formal education apko admission mil jata tha or you can take admission through CAT but since they demolished CAT they started another diploma named FIA "Foundation in Accountancy).
ager apki formal education nahi hai you will take admission in FIA which is basically first 3 papers of ACCA (f1,f2,f3)

after clearing those which also take same time as ACCA first three papers ap F4 paper ki direct coaching le sakte ho and f1,f2,f3 exempt ho jate hain

so theres basically no tough criteria in taking admission

ACCA has minimum and maximum duration for completion
minimum 2.5 years (isse pehle aap nahi kar sakte its their limit)
maximum 10 years (after that apko full ACCA dobara karna parega)

The 3 years experience you are talking about is PER (Practical Experience Requirement)

You have to do this while studying your papers or after completing 14 papers

basically it is the requirement jisko complete karne k bad aap "ACCA Member" bante ho and apne name k sath ACCA Member likh sakte ho
Without completing PER you will be called ACCA Affiliate.

You can start working in an organization and start filling your PER online. even while studying for your papers.

The other question you asked about Math and difficult levels, well bro its accounting so not much of math is done in it just basic calculus and no algebra and geometry etc.

Just accounting formulas that consist of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage in formats.

Difficult level tou waise Foundation level hai

First 3 papers are easy and basic
next where people stuck more are paper F5, F8, F9, P3 and 2 from option papers of professionalism,

and yes your friend can take admission in acca if he is doing BBA but i will not recommend it now as he is in 3rd year,
tell him to complete his 4th year and uske bad acca mai admission le because after BBA he will be exempted upto 4 papers but ab ka rule nahi pata pehle BBA walon ko 4 papers exempt hote thy.

Lastly you can take 4 papers per attempt, not more then that.

Hope I answered all of your questions.
