Dear member aslam.o.alikum my inquiry is that i am selected in BAHL as Gto..gto is generaly operation work,my manager ask me to join credit deptt..plz senior and experience man sygest me deptt..which is best ,clearing,acount opening,or credit deptt?

Dear senior member please share your experince and benefit difrent deptt of bank which is gud and easy.. such as acount opening,clearing,or credit deptt.?.it will help me in my future jazak-ALLAH..

Dear By joining Credit/Trade Department you are open for other industry in future as companies have credit and trade department or departments having same functionality with different names.

By joining, account opening, clearing, remittance, bills, or cash you are bound to banking industry only...

so, choice is your either u want to live in banking for whole of remaining life or plan to switch other industry...

After, GTO training they will offer You OG-II grade..

Brother, You have Got the right Path. Credit Dept is considered Best in Banking. Their salaries are lucrative as compared to other back offices. Join Credit dept with confidence.

It really depends on you how you take it. If you have analytical approach and you are good in understanding of financials, you love to work in your own way and wish not to bound yourself with rush of customers, you love to go out during office hours then you should go for credits. If you wish to do daily routine work with a lot of public dealing you should remain in operations. I have experience of working in both the segments.
