Allied Bank Extended Hours Banking
 

I am going to join ABL as CSO (Customer Support Officer). I checked from its website that bank is offering extended hours for customers like Monday to Friday 09:00 to 08:00 Pm and Saturday 09:00 to 05:00 for specific branches, and the branch in which i am posted is also included..

Very long hours not possible for a long time..my querry is that Is Bank extra pay for extended hours???

please comment.

If a person work 9 to 5 get same salary as the man who work 9 to 8, Is it against the labour law?

This is totally misconception dear.

In ABL they are paying you over time in form of allowance if you are posted in branches that are opened for extended hours. In big banks you do work till that time without having a penny remuneration for extra time but ABL is paying you handsome amount.

yes i received offer letter from head office lahore.
