I have no idea about training and duration. May be they would guide you the day you submit your formality papers. If they tell you ant thing, inform here. Pay would be 25000. Not sure about training. And interview questions ( My time) were from small business as you would be RM SME so questions related to the small industries of your area because you would be Advance in charge of the bank so they expect you must have some knowledge of these industries. For example, in my area the fertilizer dealers, Bricks Kilns, Paddy and Ginning industries are in big number so they asked basic questions about their business etc. Some other questions were: What qualities you would look for if you are going to give a loan to some one. When I answered that I would look his reputation, I was counter questioned that how could I check some one's reputation. Now as I am in field (BANK JOB)now so the best answer I would recommend you is; by asking the "Suppliers, Competitors and buyers of the customer about his general market reputation. And for his financial history, we would confirm it from other financial institutions from which he has availed the facility (Loan). By the way, both methods are used. The also asked general question like educational background, introduction and hobbies etc.

SME is Small Medium Enterprise and loans up to 75 million are considered in this category.75 Million form a bank is a maximum limit set by SBP. Total 150 Million from all the banks.

Yes they did. There were different guys with different educational background and they asked different questions regarding their studies. Also from me they asked some very easy general knowledge questions, for example they asked me about the names of governors of all the provinces, names of one or two ministers and 2,3 questions from my specialization. But more then 50% of the time, they generally talked to me. For example why I am not joining my dad's profession why I choose to do my this specialization etc.

Well, it's quite different in my case. Although we were sent to branches without any training but branches are best training centers. Our designation is grade wise equal to MTO's but work wise, we are considered better than them. Even the operation staff wish to come in Advances. We haven't been given any target nor any market or field job. We have to deal the customers who have availed the bank loan facility or want to avail for their documentation, for their other affairs. Over all, inside a branch this job is considered an "exactive" one. :P. Unlike general banking, we don't have routine work. Every day, a different task and a different case. Learning opportunities are more. Promotion chances are also higher than of GBOs.
