Default experience matter or not in Teller
i have been working for 1.5 year in soneri and meezan as teller ......wether ABL give priority to experienced candidate or not???...

yes offcorse preference will be given to experienced candidates,,,,,,,,if you are MBA or M.com then you must apply for BDO,,,,,,,,,,,

madam,

as i explained earlier there is no such discrimination in ABL that they don't hire females,,,,,,,,their is open merit competition,,,,,,you have to qualify the test and interview.,,,,,,,, everyone who is MBA, M.Com or MSC economics my advice to him or her is that he must go for BDO ,,,,,,,,,not for tellers

Is BDO same to TBO or MTO program? First six months training then signing bond? How many vacancies are these?

no BDO is not like TBO or MTO it is totally a different programe,,,,,,, BDO is a marketing nature job,,,,,,,,,you have to boost the deposits of the bank,,,,,,,you will be given targets,,,,,,,no bond will be signed you can resign any time,,,,,,,how ever if your performance is good your cadre can be change from BDO to GBO general banking officer,,,,,,,,no of vacancies will be round about 50 for BDOs

But they are asking 75% in Master degree, which is not possible in Economics.
secondly, Economics is not mentioned in Advertisement.
