Eligibility Criteria:

� Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree from HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad in first division along with atleast 2nd division in SSC/HSC. Preference will be given to the commerce graduates. Masters degree holders in commerce, economics banking & finance or science with at least 2nd division, can also apply.

� Age: Not more than 26 years, as on March 31, 2012.

Business Development Officers (BDOs)
Eligibility Criteria:

� Qualification: At least an MBA or M.Com degree from HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or atleast 75% (in case of %age system).

What is the salary of Teller officers and BDO????

Current salary of Fresh Tellers and BDOs of ABL is Rs. 12000/-. But most probably the salary would be revised to Rs. 18000/- this year, as management of ABL is already considering to revise the salary of its employees.

What are the duties of BDO

Pay of the teller in last batch was 1200. But this time it would be almost 16000. The scale would be MG12. It is one step down to OG3.
Scope:
It is of permanent nature job. All tellers who have masters degree and have served 3 years experience, after a test become GBO of MG11 (Grade 3).
BDO;
It is a target based job and will be of non permanent bases at start. A deposit target of almost 3.5M / Month would be given. On success full completion of target of 2 years, the BDO will become permanent and will be designated as MG11 (OG3) as a RO (Relationship Officer). After serving 2 years, an RO would become GBO and after one year, he may be promoted as OG2 on his/her performance.
Salary for a BDO is 18000/-

Do we have to sign any bond for teller officer???

i am confused about these jobs....kis post pe apply krn as my qualification is M.Sc. Accounting n Finance...i Think teller is much better than BDo....because ap pe deposit lanay ka pressure nai hoga...or field pe nai jana.......

Guys, ABL doesn't hire many girls. There were totally 20 girls among 130 MTOs in Islamabad. try your luck .... salary package is 12k for Bachelors degree holders and 14k for masters. they can appear in test for GBO after one year. i.e after being permanent.
