Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: At least Bachelor or equivalent from HEC recognized Pakistani or well reputed foreign universities.Preference will be given to commerce graduates.
CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd Division or atleast 45%(in case of percentage system).
Age: Maximum 27 years, as on June 01, 2013.

Last time I applied for "ABL Teller" and got selected(in june 2010). But when they sent Appointment letter, I refused to join it. Because
In ABL Teller is appointed as "Management Grade 12" (MG12). Salary Pakage is as under

Basic Pay----------6,285
House Rent--------2,828
Medical--------------629
Conveyance---------629
Utility----------------629

Total = 11,000

Remimber, there is no traning for this post. Initially, you will be on probation for a period of one year. You have to submit a surety Bond of 100,000/=.

what is the definition of "Management Grade 12" (MG12) ? whats the difference between "OG " and "MG" ????

Mg means Management Grade and OG means officer grade OG is better than MG in all banks system is OG but in allied bank system is MG.MTOs are hire as MG11 in Allied Bank which means OG 3 ,salary is know a days I think 25000 to MTOs and TELLERS and BDOs are hires as a MG12 which are not an officer cadre.Salry of BDO is (18000) Start with to years probation period and no training maximum two days orientation training for both TELLER sand BDOS you have to learn every thing on the job. Salary of Teller is (16000) .

Probation period of TELLERS is one year.
TELLER is not an officer cadre in ABL in order to become officer (Banking services officer) you have to clear internal written test which was conducted by NTS this year.Candidate having M.com or MBA will give the test after two years serving the job of teller other master three years and for bachelor degree holders time is four years to become banking services officer in abl.
I want to make something clear at this fourm all those student who have done master do not join as TELLER in ABL not a good job. What is TELLER .TELLER simply means (CASHIER) a job of cashier bakwas job hai a lot of pressure,working from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM bahot zayada job burden 2 TELLERS sa 5 ka kam.aur internal hiring b bas aik drama hai khud jo near and dears hongey wo select ho jatey as an officer baki sari umar cashier ka cashier reh jata hai.Sara din bills jama krna ,nts aur aiou uni ki fee jama krna logon sa paise lena aur dena paise count krna patey purney notes aur claim wale aledha aur naye note aleda krna I means (sorting) TELLER ki koi heseyat nahi hoti branch ma ap ka operation manager aur manager ap ko zalil kren ge.customer ki dant alag koi izatnahi hai is job ma TELLER ki koi valu nahi hai ABL ma sab bakwas hai.iske elava aur b bahot sare kam TELLER krta hai sab hakarat ki nazar sa dekhen gey ( dwo takey ka TELLER) aur is k elawa aik bat aur ABL ka internal mahol bi acha nahi hai employes ko bahot buri tarah treat keia jata hai by senior management so please do not join as a TELLER which means Cashier. two of my friends were selected as TELLER in the previous batch of 2013 one year probation period and with 16000 thousand salary ise may ma probation khatam honey wala ta dono nay job ki nature aur management ki behavior ki waja sa resign deia hai recently one month before they have told me alll that story now depends on you what to do all things are clear now if any question regarding TELLERS or ABL asked frankly>Thanks .

bilukl theak keh rahay ho ap main bhi last year batch main select howa tha as a teller . career path waqay hi koi nhi hai. jis k pass masters ki degree hai wo apply na karay . bht risky job hai ye.....16000 main se month m ek bhi note km hogaya ya jali agaya tui wo apko hi pay karnay hongay aur per year increment na lagnay k barbar hai 1000 or 750 bs. main ne khud masters kiya hai aur sath sath achi job ki talash mian hon jaisay hi mjhe ,ilay gi i will resign inshallah. kisi ko koi question karna ho tu kar sakta hai q k i an working as a teller in abl

chances are very rare for growth, as the only experinece you gain being a teller is counting. thus even management hesitates assigning you to any other job/task as they know that hiring another person for the same post is not an easy task, plus this is one of the most mnotonous and risky job as in case the cash account not balance ou have to wait uless and untill its is sorted out,

last but not the least i believe bank management curbs females for this post <opinion>

Ager ye job itni demotivating hai, to phr is ke liye bond/agreement nahi hona chaiye .... kya Teller ki post k liye bond bharna parta hai ??? ager han , to kitna?? and for how much time period ????

& Iam also final result waiting for MBA-2 years... tell me if there exist any other post in ABL for candidate like me... any suggestion for me ??????

koi bond nhi hota wo tu bs ek person sureity deta hai .ap jb chahay job chor saktay ho koi bond nhi sign karwatay..........
