Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA, M.Com., Masters in Banking & Finance, Masters in Banking or Masters in Finance or Masters in Economics from HEC recognized Pakistani or Foreign universities.

- CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or at least 80% marks (where GPA system is not available).

- Age: Maximum 27 years as on September 30, 2014.

Please note that only those postgraduates are eligible to apply who have fully completed any of the mentioned masters degree programs and have in hand, their final transcripts, in original.

Friends is there any criteria in ABL to select those candidates for test who have first division through out matric to master?

Is it possible to get 80 % marks in annual sysytem ? i got first position in MA Economics in my university but still its not 80 % .then what to do now ?

Thanks God! they announced it at last. the bank is experiencing sever shortage of human resources these days so its a golden opportunity for youngsters to be a part of it. ABL MTOs are selected on purely merit basis and no single example is there of any reference or nepotism.
Not sure if BBA and Bcom honors candidates are eligible because don't remember somebody with a bachelor degree in my 136 MTos batch. but yes, all should apply. there would be no fee or anything. only final transcript is an important document. being a part of the organization i believe they are going to hire a large number of MTos this time in order to overcome the disastrous shortage.
Test was be taken by NTS last year. test and interview is more important than academic career in case of ABL.

you can take cgpa conversion certificate from your university,as i did last time,my marks were 70%(3.3 cgpa)

u can apply and fill same information in both section yours application will b accepted i did this.......
