Don't know when we Lahories get to see the blessed letter?

I opened my envelope. Red all documents. The appointment letter was published and typed just yesterday on 3rd September 😂, and they have been saying that letters have been dispatched since two weeks.

Its ok guys a little more wait guys. U guys will get it.

Plus there are so many requirements . Documents stamp paper abd stuff. Medical certificate etc

I am in Karachi no letter here my friend is in Lahore he didnt get it

He spoke to their office it is like they say do not wait for the letter if you receive the email then join on 16th.

Congratulations brother. Can you kindly share your location in Peshawar and the consignment number on your letter? as I still haven't received mine in Hayatabad Peshawar.

Dont worry guys u will get letter. Letters were typed just yesterday. They will reach via leopard courier

I received the letter but their terms and conditions are quite problematic. For example they are making us sign a bond for three years and if we leave the bank before three years we have to pay them a fine of 300,000 otherwise they will take legal action.

And they require us to submit experience letters of all previous employers. Some of my jobs were when I was doing masters and in sethiya organisations which do not issue experience letters. Also my last job was on temporary basis so I don't have an experience letter from there as well. Don't know if they will accept it or not.

And we will be on probation for six months during that time we can be terminated without giving us any reason if the bank wishes go to do so and we may or may not become permanent at the end of our probation. Also the bank can increase our probationary period If it wishes.

My letter has also been delivered to my Home, Will go through it once I get to home.

Every job has terms and conditions like these

Hey can someone answer my few questions
1. How much is the salary we will get? Is it 42000 or 20500?
2. Joining allowance will be given on first month? Mean on first month we will get 62000?
3. Will/how much stipend will be payed during 2 month training and probation period?
4. We’ve to report on 15 sep and the training starts next day so we will be given accommodation or not?
5. The surety bond is must? Because most probably I’m in Pakistan for 1 year so it’s most likely I will leave bank before 3 years?

1. Salary will be 42000 Plus.

2. Joining Allowance will most likely be given with first salary.

3. Complete salary will be given during two months training.

4. I think accommodation will be finalized on 15th as the next day training will start from early morning.

5. Surety bond will be required but its not as a serious offence as it sounds. If you don't plan on securing future employment again with Askari Bank then you can leave without worrying about it much but you will be marked negative from their future employment record.
