Askari Bank MTO Interviews
Hello Everyone,
Askari Bank Ltd. is conducting interviews of MTO's. In Lahore and Rawalpindi they are done with the initial interviews. In Karachi, Askari will conduct interview on May 16 and May 17. Anybody who are done with interview, please share your experience.

Askari Experience
It was an excellent experience. I was wearing red shirt and it took everybody by surprise and they forbidden me to do this in any other interview
 They asked me to tell about myself, I said my basic info is in your hand, he said should read myself.. I said i will read it for u, then asked following academic questions:Q1: What is theory X and theory Y( McGregor's theory) Q2: What is meant by minority interest? Q3: What is a Sub ordinated Debt? Q4: how to calculate Cash flow??? And that's it

Brother never wear red color in the interview. Moreover, in almost every interview they ask 'Tell me about yourself' you're supposed to tell about your educational background and family background too. One of my friend had an experience in Meezan Bank, he answered same questions like you did. You know what interviewer said, "I know your educational background (CV) is in my hand, but I'm not fool, I wish to learn from you."

When i went for interview
they didn't ask me to introduce myself they just ask me that i have a bond with my employer can i pay it? who s my branch manager? what department i am in working in the branch? did i got training from my bank? who was my mentor? what are the documents required for the opening of the a/c joint stock company? who will sign the board resolution? what is mean by "disbursement guarantee" stamp in clearing?

ammar yar i,m from rawalpindi and our initial interview is on 19th and 20th, lahore candidiates are requested to share their interview experience....

Cham, still they aren't finished with initial interviews at Karachi and Rawalpindi. Probably 2nd week of June.
